Do you sell residential and commercial, or just businesses?
While we don’t shout from the rooftops that we sell residential, we’re a full-service firm and ready to assist our clients when and how they need us. Life throws curveballs—be it a divorce or a major transition—requiring a home to be sold may be part of the journey and we’re there to support our clients. And, there’s undeniable value in having a single point of contact rather than juggling multiple brokers. However, efficiency is key and serving our clients best interest is our primary concern. We have close, trusted relationships with outside residential and commercial brokers in the areas we service and can bring them into any deal when necessary.

What do you like the most about selling businesses?
The challenge. Every business and situation is different. Its also a business that pairs very well with marketing.
What do you like the most about branding and marketing?
There’s great satisfaction in creating something that resonates with others and sparks a connection. It’s exciting to see how people react and interact with the brand, and being a part of that process is truly rewarding.
Do you outsource any of the design or web development?
No, all our work is done in-house. Its harder to guarantee quality, timelines and communication when including outside parties.
What CMS platform(s) do you use?
We’ve worked with many of the top tier CMS systems in the past, but WordPress is by far the best open source CMS platform on the market and yes, we’re experts. WordPress offers several advantages, including the tremendous amount of documentation and support available, has many SEO features built in that make it a great platform for most businesses.
Do you build custom applications?
Yes, we are PHP developers, primarily on the Laravel platform. We’ve been developing with Laravel for years and absolutely love it. We build custom software for clients with dashboards and functionality specific to their internal needs. We’ll create a service specific for this and provide additional details soon.
